Behind Summer Bay’s sandy beaches, many former and current Home and Away stars wrangle their kids – with potentially less drama than the famous soap appears to contend with.

From Cameron Daddo ‘s multi-kid brood to Shane Withington’s grown-up daughter following in his footsteps and the youth of Jake Ryan and James Stewart, we take a look at our favorite real-life doting dads from the Home and Away world.

Scout is Home and Away’s incredibly adorable eight-year-old daughter James Stewart who plays Justin Morgan and his ex-fiancee, Jessica Marais.

“Being a dad gave me so much love,” the actor gushed at TV WEEK in 2018 about his daughter, adding: “She’s my life, she’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.”

    With three decades of marriage with wife Alison Brahe under his belt, Cameron Daddo ‘s family is well versed in life as a husband and dad to the three children of the couple: daughters Lotus, 24, and Bodhi, 14 and son River, 14. “We are very proud of our girls,” Medium told us in 2018.

    Fresh dad Jake Ryan (who played Robbo) and girlfriend Alice Quiddington adopted a son named Wolf William Ryan together in October last year. Jake has posted several cute snaps of Wolf on his Instagram since the bundle of joy’s birth, melting the hearts of all in the process.

    When it comes to Shane Withington’s adult daughter Maddie, whom he shares with wife (and A Country Practice co-star) Anne Tenney, the apple doesn’t fall from the tree. Maddie made a TV debut on Home and Away in 2015 with a guest appearance where dad Shane plays John Palmer. You must have some acting skills in the blood!

      Charlie Clausen is best known to fans of Home and Away as one of Leah’s ex-husbands, Zac MacGuire. He is squarely keeping his foot in the family arena these days. He not only shares 11-month-old daughter Iona with wife Gemma, but he also hosts a parenting podcast called DadPod alongside his famous fellow dad, Osher Gunsberg.

      Speaking to Now To Love only weeks after the arrival of his baby, Charlie confessed: “We are in the baby bubble. Wow, when you look down at that sweet baby, it’s crazy what you can put up with. The volume of, oh, shouting and moaning and pooey nappies and all that stuff. We are utterly enamored.
