After strangely disguising herself in a zoom chat with COVID-19 conspiracy theorists, former Home and Away star Isabel Lucas is back to work.

The actress was spotted on set in Byron Bay on Friday as she was filming scenes for their new road movie, Bosch and Rockit with Luke Hemsworth.

In addition to presenter Richard Wilkins and his new girlfriend Nicola Dale, 35-year-old Isabel looked happy and relaxed in the midst of the hotly anticipated debut feature of writer-director Tyler Atkins.

  • Home and Away’s former hard-working cast Raechelle Banno and her twins sister
  • Ex-Home and Away star Lincoln Lewis’ private health battle following sick catfish crime

  • For the day of filming Isabel was dressed casually, wearing a sheer black lace number over a yellow cropped singlet.

A navy cardigan and trendy three-quarter-length jeans paired up the style.

  • The former Transformers: The Falling star’s vengeance boosted her brand of good looks with a bronzed-make-up dewy dress.

  • Despite Isabel’s latest backlash when it came to her behavior and opinions on the COVID-19 pandemic, she had a simple and carefree attitude.

In his setting, Luke also appeared as he resumed filming engagements in the popular coastal region.

In a colored navy button-up top, comfortable shorts, and flip flops, the Westworld star looked summer-ready.

Luke plays Bosch in the movie, which is influenced by real events, while rising actor Rasmus King, 15, takes on the role of his son, Rockit.

In the sun-kissed Byron setting, the two actors had been seen holding surfboards and towels for their scene.

TV host Richard and his new girlfriend Nicola were both seen on set.

  • The filming of the film comes almost two weeks after actress Isabel went to considerable lengths to remain anonymous with COVID-19 conspiracy theories and lockout detractors during a call to Zoom.

Using the alias ‘X’ and covering her face with a black hoodie and mask, the anti-vaxxer told her co-panelists she wanted ‘to be vigilant about being provocative’ because she was a popular Australian movie and television star.

‘I’m here because I don’t want to be anonymous, but I’m about to start shooting a movie because I need to be careful to be vocal so you can get rid of charities, you can ruin promotions for car firms,’ said Isabel.

‘It’s happened to me by speaking out in recent years. I feel alert, and I don’t want to provoke any threatening, hostile responses.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and lockout orders, Lucas said she felt ‘100 percent called to shed a light on the truth of what actually is going on.’

  • There is a certain degree of uncertainty and ideology that has had power … And she said in the Zoom talk with other well-known personalities in the anti-lockdown and anti-mask culture that a lot of people believed in lies.

She also said that while living in California she met some doctors who fell out of the medical profession because of ‘abuse.’

‘All they talked about is what we are facing right now. If we’re in a state of panic, we just follow what’s said to us.

Lucas said she was approached by her local council at the height of the March pandemic to film a video urging the residents to sit at home to avoid the virus spreading.

Lucas has revealed since signing up with the initiative that she regrets featuring in the clip during the Zoom tal

‘I noticed that all these other amazing people were doing it and that’s the kind of stuff you might get looped into without thinking that you’re looped in,’ she said.

‘But people with a clear conscience and honesty aren’t going to sell out too quickly.’
